The maximum size of a carry on baggage should not be more than 9x14x22 inches. The increased sized baggage will cost an extra amount.

Checked baggage: A passenger can bring up to 4 checked baggage in Allegiant flights. The charges of each checked baggage depends on the route. The checked baggage should not be more than 18 kg in weight and 80 inches in linear dimensions. Overweight and oversized baggage can cost up to $75 depends on the extra weight or size.

Air Canada flights allow one carry on baggage and one personal item per passenger for free. Checked baggage cost from $40 - $100 depends on the number of baggages.
